Wanderlei Silva (35-13-1 MMA, 0-1 BMMA) and Quinton Jackson (37-13 MMA, 4-2 BMMA) for a fourth fight. Wanderlei Silva and Quinton Jackson are set to throw down for a fourth time after three vicious and violent encounters. The two rivals squared off on Tuesday at a Bellator press conference in New York and discussed their impending showdown.

Bellator presents its next tentpole event, as Bellator 206 takes place on Sept. 29 from the SAP Arena in San Jose. 

The main event features Gegard Mousasi defending the middleweight championship for the first time against current welterweight champion Rory MacDonald. 

The co-main event, in heavyweight action, has former UFC light heavyweight champion Rampage Jackson battling former PRIDE two-division Wanderlei Silva for the fourth time.

Wanderlei Silva will fight Quinton "Rampage" Jackson in a Bellator card Sept. 29, the Brazilian announced Wednesday on Instagram.

"Like people say, it's very hard for a good professional to retire," Silva said (via MMA Fighting's Guilherme Cruz). "I just got a call from Bellator inviting to be part of the Sept. 29 [card] against Quinton Jackson in the main event in California. It's our fourth bout, I won two of the first three, so it's 2-1 for me."

MMA Fighting's Luke Thomas reported Bellator has scheduled a press conference for June 26, at which point the company will announce a "monumental can't-miss event." Both Silva and Jackson will be at the press conference, so their fight will presumably be confirmed next week.
